Cancellation & Session Policy

To provide a seamless experience for all clients and honor reserved studio time, the following policy applies to all bookings:

• Retainer & Booking

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. This retainer is applied toward your total session fee.

• Studio Rental & Preparedness

As I currently rent a studio for sessions, all bookings are scheduled with strict timing.

Clients are expected to arrive on time and fully ready for their shoot (dressed, prepared, and camera-ready). Time cannot be extended due to late arrival or lack of readiness.

• Late Arrivals

A $25 late fee will be applied if you arrive 10 minutes late.

Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late may result in reduced session time or cancellation, at the photographer’s discretion, without refund.

• Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your retainer will be transferred to your new date.

Rescheduling requests made the same day of your session may result in forfeiture of the retainer.

• Cancellations

All retainers are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your session, the retainer will not be returned.

• No-Shows

Failure to show up for your scheduled session without notice will result in full forfeiture of all payments made.

• Emergency Situations

I understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate a one-time courtesy reschedule at my discretion.

**Other important things to note:

At no time any raw files/unedited photos are given, but you are more than welcomed to purchase additional images.

Once you book with me, you will also sign a contract agreeing the terms.
